We feel this is important...
At Nerd Academy we put your tuition to work in various ways that include paying for teacher's salaries, operational expenses, and most importantly, providing your child the tools they need to learn. The following section covers just some of the ways we put your tuition to work and includes some important information we think you'll appreciate.
Stuff you should know...
1. We provide one uniform and 5 school t-shirts per school year, you have the option to purchase more from us.
2. We provide the school supplies your child needs for their grade level. From pencils to paper, we have it covered
3. No technology fees. We provide the computers and cover the tech fees.
4. No mandatory fundraising. Our board takes care of the fundraising. We may extend some fundraising opportunities to the parents throughout the year, but participation in those are optional. For example, we plan on doing a fundraiser to raise money for birthday parties, pizza parties, holiday parties, awards, etc., your child will be able to participate in all of those activities whether you participate in the fundraiser or not.
5. No homework. There may be occasional projects we send home, but we have a strict no-homework policy. Kids need to recharge, participate in extracurricular activities, and simply be kids after school.
